Shear Service/Trade-in Program

Please check with your local distributor if they are able to do the trade-in program. If they do not offer it, you can do it directly with us. The process is simple and fast (valid only in the USA).

Mail your shears or thinners to:

Att: Shear trade-in

Only send the shear or thinner that you want to trade-in & include:

• your name
• phone number
• address where we should send the new pair
• payment info (see below)

TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• (A) include a check, made to Olivia Garden, see below for amount
• (B) include a note for us to call you to get your credit card # upon receipt of your package

PRICE:
The price will be either $39.99 or $49.99 (+ 7.25% sales tax if you are located in California) depending on the model (name is on front of blade) that you are trading in:

• Silkcut shears or thinner: $39.99 per pair
• StraightCut shears or thinner: $39.99 per pair
• PrecisionCut shears or thinner: $49.99 per pair
• SwivelCut shears or thinner: $49.99 per pair
• Dragon shears or thinner: $49.99 per pair
