WHAT IT COVERS: Manufacturer's defects


WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • REGULAR WEAR & TEAR: Example: plastic bristles wearing out over time
  • ABUSE: Example: overheating bristles or brush with blowdryer
  • PHYSICAL TRAUMA: Example: breakage or damage not due to defect
  • REPLACEMENT BRUSH: Our warranty provides a one-time replacement.
    Please note that your replacement brush is not covered by the warranty.


WHERE IS THE WARRANTY VALID: Valid only in the United States (excluding territories). Brush must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden® reseller. Void where prohibited.

HOW IT WORKS:
STEP #1: E-mail info@oliviagarden.com (if unable then call 1-800-922-2301) & include the following:

  • Date of brush purchase
  • Business name where brush was purchased
  • Copy of your purchase receipt (Must be from an authorized Olivia Garden® reseller)
  • Picture(s) of brush showing its current condition & problem
  • Name (on handle) & reference # of brush (could be at top of brush, at the neck or on the handle)
  • Your full name, mailing address & phone number

STEP #2: Upon receipt of your email, Olivia Garden will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#). With this number clearly written on the outside of the box, please return the brush postage prepaid to: Olivia Garden, 2805 Verne Roberts Circle, Antioch, CA 94509, Att: Warranty Department. Very important: include RA# on the outside of the box.

STEP #3: Upon receipt of your brush, our warranty department will review the brush. If our evaluation reveals that brush is defective from manufacturing (as outlined above), Olivia Garden will mail you a new replacement brush. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for mailing.

IMPORTANT: Do not throw away defective brush as this will void its warranty.
